A single-purpose workstation designed for assembling and adjusting the Komage three-plate pressing tool. The main objective was to create a device that would enable precise and independent control of individual parts of the tool during its assembly and adjustment. This machine is designed for use outside the main production process and ensures optimal conditions for tool adjustment and inspection.
Description of individual device components
- Device
frame The device is equipped with a stable frame into which the pressing tool is inserted. The frame allows for precise positioning of the tool during assembly and adjustment. - Hydraulic cylinders
The device is equipped with five hydraulic cylinders, which are divided into three independent hydraulic circuits.- Upper cylinder: A single hydraulic cylinder located at the top of the device enables movement of the upper plate of the pressing tool.
- Lower cylinders: Four hydraulic cylinders are located at the bottom of the device, divided into two pairs, with each pair controlling the movement of a specific part of the lower structure of the tool.

Each hydraulic cylinder is equipped with safety hydraulic locks that ensure stability and safety when moving the tool.
