Automated robotic workstation for assembling plastic mudguard assemblies for the automotive industry. The device is designed with manual loading of input material and serves as an accessory to the ENGEL injection moulding machine. Three ABB robotic units perform all subsequent operations — from removing parts from the press, through plasma cutting, component assembly and tape bonding, to camera inspection and laser marking. The workstation is completely fenced off and secured against unwanted interference with the automated process.
