A single-purpose automated workstation designed for robotic ultrasonic welding of plastic boxes according to specific customer requirements. In the first step, the boxes were sorted at the workstation. The main objective was to increase the quality, repeatability and safety of the welding process. The device is designed with an emphasis on simple operation, operational reliability and maximum operational safety.
