Design and assessment of a steel chassis structure for moving railway carriages. The carriage moves between two tracks and is mounted on two handling chassis running on the tracks. Each chassis is pulled by a separate towing trolley.
In addition to ensuring sufficient chassis load capacity, it was also necessary to address the movement of the body assembly with the chassis and specific loads associated with driving, including the cross-movement of the assembly travelling on two tracks.
For this order, we supplied a complete solution, including the design and manufacture of chassis and tow trucks. The length, width and height of a single chassis are 3.2 x 1.7 x 0.8 metres.
